01 - Studio Philosophy

Craft is the offer.
Structure is how
we deliver it.

Incandora is a sensory revenue studio: brand identity, marketing and social media management, photography, film, sound, web design, events, and influencer management, built for teams that need craft connected to lead generation and distribution, not isolated creative bursts.

Every engagement begins with an Audit - a review of your current output, channel behavior, and market position. Brand identity comes first for every new client. Marketing and social media management is the retainer anchor everything else feeds.

Most studios stop at delivery: a shoot, a folder of files, a handoff. We build the CRM, analytics, and tracking layer underneath the work, so the system keeps performing and reporting after the deliverables ship, not just during the project.

The brands that win are not simply making better content. They are running a better operation behind the content.

02 - Client Reality

What clients ask for
is rarely the whole problem.

Clients often ask for content, but what they are actually buying is commercial clarity, confidence, and a better operating rhythm around visibility.

What they say

We need content for Instagram.

What they are buying

Confidence that your brand is being handled by someone who understands the business problem behind the feed.

Why it matters

You stop micromanaging, trust the pipeline faster, and make better long-term decisions.

What they say

We need photos of the property.

What they are buying

Visual assets that help the property sell faster, book stronger, and present at a higher standard.

Why it matters

You start thinking in retainers instead of shoots and build the next rollout with more clarity.

What they say

We need social media support.

What they are buying

Relief from fragmented marketing execution and a partner who can create order around visibility.

Why it matters

You expand scope because the work reduces internal chaos, not just because it looks good.

What they say

We want a campaign video.

What they are buying

A feeling of being understood at the level of audience, goal, and commercial stakes.

Why it matters

You refer because the engagement made your team look sharper inside your own business.

03 - Crafts

Twelve crafts.
One retainer.

Brand identity is the mandatory entry point for every new client. Marketing and social media management is the retainer anchor. Every other craft feeds that channel.

01Entry Point

Brand Identity

Every new client starts here. Before a shoot is scheduled or a post is scheduled, the identity has to be defined: name, mark, voice, visual language.

  • Identity systems
  • Brand audit
  • Positioning
  • Visual language
  • Brand guidelines
A brand foundation the rest of the work builds on, not around.
02Retainer Anchor

Marketing & Social Media Management

The retainer's center of gravity. Content calendars, channel strategy, paid distribution, and reporting run through this layer every month.

  • Content strategy
  • Social media management
  • Content production engine
  • Distribution
  • Monthly reporting
Consistent presence and measurable reach instead of sporadic posts.
03Craft

Film

Brand film, corporate film, and event film direction for launches, executive positioning, and campaign moments.

  • Brand films
  • Commercial spots
  • Documentary and impact storytelling
Motion assets built for a specific channel and a specific job.
04Craft

Photography

Property, product, portrait, and event photography built around how the image will actually be used, not just how it looks in isolation.

  • Commercial
  • Hospitality
  • Documentary
  • Product
Images that convert on the page they are placed on.
05Craft

Sound

Sonic identity and audio branding for brands that need recognition beyond the visual layer.

  • Sonic identity
  • Sound design for film and brand content
A sound signature that reinforces recall across film and campaigns.
06Craft

Web Design

Sites built to hold the same visual standard as the photography and film they showcase.

  • Full-stack website design and build
  • CMS
  • Hosting and managed infrastructure
A site that converts attention instead of just displaying it.
07Craft

Events & Experiential

Coverage and production for launches, corporate events, and brand activations, packaged for reuse after the event ends.

  • Event coverage
  • Experiential design
One event, many reusable assets across channels.
08Craft

Influencer Management

Creator sourcing, briefing, and campaign management for brands that need distribution beyond owned channels.

  • Influencer strategy
  • Campaign management
  • Attribution and performance scoring
Managed creator campaigns tied to the same brand standard as everything else.
09Craft

Marketing Technology

The instrumentation layer behind everything else: CRM setup, analytics and PostHog implementation, geo and territory analysis, competitor tracking, cookie and consent management, and behavioral analysis.

  • CRM setup and management
  • Analytics and PostHog implementation
  • Geo and territory analysis
  • Competitor analysis
  • Cookie and consent management
  • Behavioral analysis
Decisions backed by data instead of guesswork, and a compliant tracking foundation that keeps reporting long after most studios have handed over the files and moved on.
10Craft

Motion Graphics

The post-production layer after film: title design, 2D and 3D animation, and VFX built in-house rather than handed off.

  • Title and title-card design
  • 2D and 3D animation
  • VFX and compositing
Motion assets that carry the same visual standard from raw footage to final cut.
11Craft

Set Design & Styling

Art direction, prop and wardrobe styling, and physical set builds prepared before a shoot begins, not improvised on arrival.

  • Art direction
  • Prop and wardrobe styling
  • Set builds
A shoot day that executes a plan instead of assembling one on the spot.
12Craft

Color Grading & Retouching

The finishing layer after capture: color grading for film, retouching for photography, carried to one consistent standard.

  • Color grading
  • Photo retouching
  • Delivery-standard finishing
Delivered assets that look finished, not just captured.

04 - Studio

Why this studio exists.

Brian GitauFounder

I started Incandora because I kept watching brands buy content and get nothing but a folder of files in return. I built the studio around a different order: brand identity first, marketing as the anchor, and every craft after that tied to a specific channel and a specific job. I still review every engagement personally before we take it on, because a retainer that asks for decision-maker access should not come from a studio nobody can name.

05 - Audit Path

How the relationship
moves forward.

You should know exactly how Incandora qualifies, diagnoses, and activates an engagement before you commit.

OUTPUT 01Audit result

Commercial diagnosis

We surface where the current brand, funnel, or channel setup is leaking momentum before new production is scoped.

OUTPUT 02Audit result

Craft roadmap

Your team leaves with a clearer picture of which crafts matter first and in what order, starting with brand identity.

OUTPUT 03Audit result

Reply path with context

If the fit is strong, the first follow-up is already informed by your goals, channels, and timing instead of generic discovery.

STEP 01

Audit

We review the current brand, channels, and reporting picture before scope is discussed. The goal is diagnosis, not a rushed quote.

STEP 02

Brand Identity

Every new client starts here: name, mark, voice, and visual language defined before any craft production begins.

STEP 03

Retainer Activation

Marketing and social media management activate as the anchor, with photography, film, and the other crafts scoped in around that cadence.

STEP 04

Review and Calibration

We review the outputs against business context, tighten the operating rhythm, and scale the crafts that are actually creating leverage.

06 - Work

Work that has to hold
under commercial pressure.

Review the kind of brands we partner with and the result each engagement is measured against.

07 - FAQ

Questions serious
clients always
ask us.

If you're evaluating Incandora, these are the questions that usually decide the next step. We answer them directly so your team can move with clarity.

A production studio delivers a shoot. We build the brand identity first, run marketing and social as the anchor retainer, and treat photography, film, motion graphics, set design and styling, color grading and retouching, sound, web design, events, influencer management, and marketing technology as crafts that feed that channel, not standalone jobs.
Project work produces deliverables that age. A retainer keeps brand identity, marketing, and production connected month to month, so the work compounds instead of restarting from zero every time.
A structured review of your current brand output, channels, and market position. We identify the gaps, then define what brand identity, marketing, and craft work your team actually needs next, before any scope is set.
Photography and film built on a brand with no defined identity produce inconsistent output no matter how good each individual asset is. Identity is the foundation the rest of the work sits on, so it is the mandatory first step for every new client.
Our operational base is Westlands, Nairobi, but we work with clients across Kenya and East Africa. If your brand has the scale and the ambition, geography is a logistics question, not a barrier.
At 30 days: brand identity is locked and the first marketing and content cadence is live. At 60 days: the retainer rhythm is running, with the first full reporting cycle delivered. At 90 days: the first full performance review happens, comparing output against the goals set at the audit.
Brand identity is the entry point for every new client. Marketing and social media management is the ongoing retainer. Every other craft — film, photography, sound, web design, events, influencer management, marketing technology — is priced as a build or a project layer. The exact scope and number are set after the audit, but the ladder itself is not a mystery.
08 - Model

A two-way
operating agreement.

The model only works when both sides hold up their end. Here is what we ask of you, and what you can hold us to in return.

What we ask of you
01
Diagnosis before scope

The relationship starts with the audit so the studio can understand the real problem before calendars, deliverables, or retainers are shaped.

02
Decision-maker access

Strong partnerships involve the founder, owner, or accountable marketing lead early enough to keep the work moving.

03
Data and channel visibility

We work best when the team can share the business context behind the work: analytics, campaign history, and channel priorities.

04
Retainer continuity

The work compounds when brand identity, marketing, and production stay connected over time instead of being broken into isolated projects.

What you can hold us to
01
Response time

A defined maximum response time on active retainer communication.

02
Review cadence

A recurring, scheduled review of output and performance rather than reviews that only happen when something goes wrong.

03
Reporting rhythm

A stated reporting interval covering what shipped, what performed, and what changes next.

04
If it is not working

A defined exit or renegotiation path if the engagement stops delivering for either side.
